Huntsville Is Getting A Football Team, The Alabama Beavers
The International Football Alliance (IFA), a new football league, has announced that it will be bringing a team called the Alabama Beavers to Huntsville.
The Alabama Bevers will reportedly be playing the 2025 football season at Joe Davis Stadium, the current home of Huntsville City FC.
While the City of Huntsville hasn’t made an announcement yet, the Alabama Beavers Facebook page shared a post saying, “Huntsville, Alabama is where home is,” with pictures of Joe Davis Stadium.
The IFA is a new football league that aims to bridge the gap in international professional football. Currently, there are seven IFA teams that have been announced.
Four teams are located in the US (Huntsville, Dallas, Las Vegas, and Tampa Bay), and three are located in Mexico (Chihuahua, Cancun, and Guadalajara).
