Side options are the typical southern breakfast options, such as grits, country ham, biscuits, and sausage gravy. So if you are craving a taste of the south and something simple, give Blue Plate Cafe a chance!

Honest Coffee Roasters is located in Downtown Huntsville and has a second restaurant just off Sullivan Street in Madison. It is one of the most iconic coffee shops in town, but it also serves delicious breakfast.

I have been to Honest multiple times and love it every single time! My favorite thing to get there is the BomBom Bowl, which has an acai base and is topped with granola, bananas, strawberries, almonds, local honey, and peanut butter.

Tip from a Local: Honest Coffee offers a seasonal menu of different drinks! So be sure to go at different times throughout the year to try new drinks!

If you want some coffee while you’re there, the Bee’s Knees and Bootlegger are always a solid option. They also have a handful of delicious pastries too!
